Put 2 requests separately. if the load was not provided, they just keep returning your credit back. And most of the times your requests will be ignored. Whats the point of using it anyway. Waste of money and time

Highly recommend
If you’re a non-rev and fly other airlines as a convenience this is the only place to go to check space availability. Highly recommend. But get your coins up!!

The Staff Traveler app is so helpful and easy to use. It’s an invaluable tool for non-rev travel all over the world. Standby travel can be stressful at times, but having Staff Traveler available can help alleviate that stress and enable the intrepid non-rev to “choose wisely”. Great job!

Can’t sign up
I downloaded the app. Trying to sign on but I am unable to because I cannot toggle to accept the terms and conditions. The toggle is first covered by a message that tells me to use my real name, which I am. Then when I try to continue, I can’t because the toggle is covered by a message that tells me to accept the terms and conditions.
