App functional. Credits expensive
App is here help to know the availability of seats in a flight for staff members traveling using non-rev tickets. One thing true is that the app works very well, simple to use and understand. However one of the things I don’t like is when you spend a credit and some staff don’t provide precise information or just deny the most important one (waiting list). Considering that not everyone has access to AL information about loads, spending a credit (which costs enough to at least receive useful information), ALs staff should not be able to deny such type of useful information. And if so, then they should not earn any credit. The 3 stars is in order to get some enhancement that disables or discourage the possibility for staff to not provide full and precise information.
