Crashes and crashes and freezes and loading loading loading. Olympic section is hopeless! Using on new Samsung OLED tv that has no issues with any other streaming app.

I bought it for the Olympics but is constantly glitching. I am having trouble moving between sports programs and the app often freezes. I have no reinstalled twice. Great when it does work.

Why choose this app to view Olympics when it’s so hard to add the sport, it’s not seamless and still doesn’t work. Really frustrating

This app is the worst of all the streaming services. It crushes again and again that you will have to restart. The ten second back and forward is not smooth..

It's disappointing that even the latest LG 2023 models can't play live video. Trying to use Chromecast faced the same issue. Did they really expect us to watch it only on mobile devices and iPads?

Careful. Seems like when you sign up to stan, you get the Olympics. YOU DON’T, it’s another fee. Happy to pay it, but very misleading until you’ve already committed

The Stan app is unreliable and not representative of the subscription fee. have a high speed subscription with NBN, and it should not fail as often as it does. Recently, I tried to watch a Wallaby match, but the app kept failing and would not take me to the start, but rather continually took me to the final 10 minutes of the game. As you can appreciate, the experience was now ruined! This poor coverage will further consign Australian Rugby Union to the doldrums, as it’s simply too hard to watch it. Stan provide an incredibly poor service for what it purports to be. . Many people comment to me as to how bad Stan’s reliable coverage is, and that more often than not, if you try to watch the start of a game it fails. Then in the middle of a game it crashes! It is not even close to what Foxsports provided. You pay for a service, and you get continually let down, over and over again. Not to mention, that Stan also tried to cover the tennis, but then ran games with no commentary - incredibly bizarre! They need to seriously review how they offer sport, because it is unacceptable and well below professional standards of sporting coverage. Please bring our sports back to Foxsports or some other platform that can deliver.
