Stanbic IBTC Mobile App

I came to the App Store and there is no update available, and my bank app refuse to open redirecting me to update the mobile bank Please help

I just updated the app to the “latest version” as I was asked to do by you, but I can’t login to my account because you keep telling me to “KINDLY UPDATE YOUR APPLICATION AT THE STORE TO THE LATEST VERSION”. What the hell is wrong with you people?!!

I was ask to update my app and u keep deleting and re download persistently and still repeating the same issue of updating without any updating issues

This is arguably my best banking app. From

My phone got spoilt so I didn’t use the app for some time only for me to come back and find out my money is missing what sort of rubbish is this 😒

Rubbish app I can’t forget make a request of forgotten password

Very very poor app functionality. Can keep you stranded when you need money the most.

I’ve been having the issue countless times they don’t reverse unsuccessful transaction immediately and it affects business. You can’t also dispute erroneous transfer on the app🙄

Easy to understand and use.
