I need to confirm if this is a widespread issue. My app has been displaying "logging you in" for hours. Any updates on this would be appreciated.

Why should the app be taking over media playing on a phone, this has existed since the new release over a year ago, please can you update the app to fix this bug. No one needs the app’s sound to take over phone media. Only possible option to disable sound notifications does not stop this behavior as well. Thanks

The bank as a whole isn’t getting together. Customers service is very poor, and the digital outlets are as twice as bad. Totally not customers-oriented bank. They always leave customers stranded and handicapped with their ineffeciencies.

Once you set up a mutual fund online account, you can’t update your security question. This includes going to the physical bank. It means that if you can’t go to the bank then you can’t even change your password nor update your biodata or redeem your funds.

The app is fantastic and one of the first banking app in Nigeria that provide Face ID login. Barely a downtime. I couldn’t have chosen a better bank & great mobile app

Unfortunately, the app is not user friendly. How in the world can I find my transactions more than a week old?? The app has tried to do too much and forgotten about the user experience.

The mobile banking app is lovely but it will be perfect you guys create another platform on the app where people with both bussiness and personal banking should be able access both accounts on one app. But recently they have updated it to include one pass which allows for multiple logins. Am happy cos I can now login to my business and personal account one app. Kudos guys

Password is always an issue. I have never been able to login except I call. Then they fix abs I try to log in several days later and I am back to square one

Unable to sign in since i upgraded. Cant pay or do ANYTHING!

Just downloaded the updated application today 15th August 2020 and still having sign-in issues with my biometrics. Will appreciate if you can review the biometrics optimisation issue. Thank you.
