Stand Up! is a fun, flexible work break timer. By now you know that sitting down is slowly killing you, and we want to help you live longer. It's also great for RSI sufferers, or anyone that needs to take regular breaks.
• Free and fully functional! It comes with one alarm tone, and one In-App Purchase unlocks the rest.
• Completely customizable to your work schedule. Set it and forget it.
• Set your reminder interval to any five-minute increment between five minutes and two hours.
• Want to time how long you should stand once you're up? You can set that too.
• The header shows you at a glance how you're doing, and the 7-day history shows how you did this week.
• Limit alarms to your office location so it doesn't bug you when you go out to lunch.
• Many custom alarms, some quite insistent. And there's a random mode to keep you on your toes.
• Interactive notifications, acknowledge the reminder from the lock screen.
• A Today widget lets you see how long to your next reminder, and to skip or pause notifications.
• Alternate color schemes in case you really hate that yellow.
We don't micromanage you, and we don't make you feel guilty. There's no compulsive tracking and time management, and we don't tell you what exercises you need to do. Just regular, simple reminders to get up, with easy confirmations so you can get a sense of how you're doing.

Everything an app should be

Simple, to the point, tip supported, just perfect.

Really useful

It's a great app, very useful and simple

Just what I need, without all the extras

Looks like exactly what I need, but it hasn’t been updated in six years. I don’t need new features, just wondering if the developer is still around and will update the app to keep up with new OS versions. I’d also love a watch app. 😁 Update: no watch app, but somehow it sends interactive notifications to my watch. Dunno how it works, but I’m not arguing. I’d still feel better if I saw a recent update.

Exactly what I need

Simple, sufficient customization, effective. A great way to create reminders to “stand up every hour and move for 5 minutes”. Getting my iPhone to do this was irritatingly difficult until I found this app. Many thanks!

So Far So Good.

Pretty easy. Happy to be able to change colors. I put obnoxious messages to get me to stand more and sit less. That ability makes me laugh. Thanks for a nice simple inexpensive effective app. Just like the ole days. I would recommend… if I had any friends. Kidding. I will recommend.

Alert missing some time

Most of the time it does not give alert for stand specially when phone screen is off

Just downloaded about to use it for first time today so I will let you all know I am hoping it is reminder that I have been neglecting my health a little too much this year

Apple Watch capabilities

I actually love this app. I like that I can set the increments in one touch instead of setting each timer like others as apps. It would really be helpful if this app could work on my Apple Watch. Will that be happening anytime soon?
