Stand Up! The Work Break Timer

Looks like exactly what I need, but it hasn’t been updated in six years. I don’t need new features, just wondering if the developer is still around and will update the app to keep up with new OS versions. I’d also love a watch app. 😁 Update: no watch app, but somehow it sends interactive notifications to my watch. Dunno how it works, but I’m not arguing. I’d still feel better if I saw a recent update.

Simple, sufficient customization, effective. A great way to create reminders to “stand up every hour and move for 5 minutes”. Getting my iPhone to do this was irritatingly difficult until I found this app. Many thanks!

Pretty easy. Happy to be able to change colors. I put obnoxious messages to get me to stand more and sit less. That ability makes me laugh. Thanks for a nice simple inexpensive effective app. Just like the ole days. I would recommend… if I had any friends. Kidding. I will recommend.

Most of the time it does not give alert for stand specially when phone screen is off

Just downloaded about to use it for first time today so I will let you all know I am hoping it is reminder that I have been neglecting my health a little too much this year

I actually love this app. I like that I can set the increments in one touch instead of setting each timer like others as apps. It would really be helpful if this app could work on my Apple Watch. Will that be happening anytime soon?

Whether you work all day in an office or are retired and sit a lot, you need this app. The best part - it turns off notifications when you are away - genius!

On the track to improve my health and I find that this app helps me to remember to stand so that I’m not sitting around too long. I do more than just stand though, and that is even more helpful. The fact that no personal information is being used for tracking is a bonus!
