Standard Bank Business Banking

To see recent transactions, you you have to scroll all the way to the bottom,they start 6-7 months ago, to get to the recent. Maybe my business works differently, but I want to see recent incoming payments and transactions. To me this is the stupidest system. Consultant is also unhelpful, wanting me to make my life more difficult by saying I should just search for the transactions. Time is money. I never had this issue before on other apps. Changing to FNB. At least I know their system works properly.

For some stupid reason a business banking app does not let you register with a business email. Have spent hours trying to load an account and still cannot see balances - very poor attempt at an app.

If the verification process is an indication of how the app is going to work we may as well go back to standing in queues in the bank on payday. 7 days and counting.

Can't sort transaction by date.

Verification took forever just for the service provider to tell me I needed to delete and reinstall the app and use my personal account details.. didn’t work.. again called them and they verified my identity through my personal app and the phone call and again it said “something went wrong” just to tell me I needed to update my phone software which it was updated.. then I was told it’s because I have a iPhone which makes no sense if you know your app doesn’t work with iPhones, do something about it! Long story short I’m told to go to the bank.. why have a online app if I need to go to a bank? Defeats the purpose of a online app doesn’t it? Pathetic honestly have no words. Close to change all my accounts with Standerd bank, no time for such poor service.

I have been trying to scan my face for verification purposes, the app is crashing every time

I honestly don’t know why this app is still in the App Store. It crashes every time I try to scan face for identity verification. Went through reviews and it seems like this is not a new problem. I opened a case but the people attending to my case seem to be ignorant about what’s on the reviews and keep telling me to try again after 24 hrs.

It’s been over 3 weeks and I can’t get past the 1st hurdle. This is probably the worst app Standard Bank has ever made. Hot garbage, I wish o could give it a negative rating

This app does not work. It asks for your ID for verification then it constantly tells you that the service is unavailable. Not worth installing.
