StarHub Business Manager

Real time information should be the core principle for a telco furthermore for the business front customers. However, this SBM app falls short of a quality service. The user usage is not up to date (mine is not updated for 5 months) making this function useless. The app also runs very slow regardless on wifi or 5G network. StarHub needs to do better in this service area to provide a better service experience.

The most difficult application I ever use before

app asks me to insert business sim card when it's already inserted. superb

Cannot activate data travel and I spent most of my time listening to computer talking when I need call support. Looking forward to change telco once contract is up.

The worst user experience ever … and yet this is for business user, i can’t describe how dissatisfied and disappointed i am frankly…

Is there a negative star for this option? Giving 1 star is like too kind for this app! Always error and error! You guys sleeping?

Very bad App Cannot subscribe DataTravel

Do something about the back button. Keep showing black screen. Do get back to me within 5 working days as i would like to know what actions have you taken. If you don’t means you care about customer service.

The back function “<“ on the top left hand corner on Iphone 14 Pro Max is not working. The “<“ function should not be on the status bar as it cannot be tapped to go back.. Can please check and resolve it. Thanks

Very laggy Lot of functions not working. Tapping the back button works 50/50 You need to close the app and open again if the back doest work. Multimillion dollar company spent 1k for an app.
