I selected the monthly sports pass to watch the Serie A during my holidays in Morocco. After the payment of 4.49 was approved for me, the app did not recognize any subscription telling me that there is a "glitch". Trying to log in from another device, my account isn't even recognized.
I use it in the Middle East , but when I want back to Italy it doesn’t work anymore , so I had to cancel subscription 😔
Hi I’m using my time just to tell people to not give money to this app. I got it and payed for the sports monthly plan on Sunday, but nothing happened. When I contacted the support, they responded me (almost 48h later) to send them notifications of payment and all the pop up that got out from the app, i fast responded them with everything requested but haven’t got anything after that. I can’t still watch any sports even if I payed. Already turned down the subscription. Bad bad bad!

كما قلت لكم في التطبيق التطيبق بحذي ذاته جميل و سريع و يضم عدد كبيرا من الافلام و المسلسلة المعروفة لكن المشكلة هي لغة الفرنسية لو كانت الانجليزية ستكون مقبولة لكن الفرنسية لغة لايفهمها الا الفرنسين و لا اظن ان التطبيق موجه لبلاد معين لذليك يجب اضافة لغة الانجلزية او الترجمة العربية

In which country does it work? In Italy it is available for download in the App Store, but it doesn’t work.
Still impossible to download anything with a iOS 11 devices. How long will it take to upgrade it?
If you can’t watch highlights or recording of the match which was held on 14th December until now. What is the purpose of my subscription? I think they are infected with racism. And there is no EPG of any of the Cricket sports channels.
