Why am I forced to watch ads when I have the top tier paid subscription to this service? Duly cancelled and uninstalled.

I have an account just for the ufc I subscribed to the normal app to watch movies and it still shows adds 5 adds at once its buggy and frustrating

I have paid for a year of this service and now a week ago the chrome cast stopped working.
WHY DID YOU CANCEL
I literally SIGNED UP for a year subscription on November 12, 3:57 pm. Then I get an email saying it’s cancelled !!! Sent an email to support but nothing !
. Very very disappointed. I wish I didn't subscribe.
App is very bad. It charges on the spot but you don't get the service! There is no customer service phone, you have to write an email for support and wait for some days to be resolved. Very very disappointed. I wish I didn't subscribe. They take payment by glitch and forced us to use the service.
App-TV Arabic subtitles is not clear
Arabic subtitle font and color is not clear enough, the font color can be changed off white or light yellow color
Charged me 3 times in one month, can’t fast forward on to app
Horrible platform over all, charged my card 3 times in one month, then it still charged me again the next month. I emailed them about it and no response. Also the TV app doesn’t allow you to fast forward. Horrible experience I urge the ufc to move their product to a different platform
