STCU Mobile Banking

Everytime I log on it automatically logs me right back out then force closes on me

When I view transactions from 4 months ago i don’t see my mortgage payments for July and August. also missing some transfers I made.

STCU is by far my favorite bank. They have never let me down

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the app doesn’t do dark mode even with my phone being in dark mode. Love the functionality of the app though

I love using the app for whatever comes up, cchecking my accounts, submitting checks, transfering money between accounts, but the one thing I don't like is that recently, and yes I've tried deleting the app and redownloading it multiple times, it's been saying the system not responding.☹️ If someone knows how to fix this or figure out what's wrong please let me know

Nothing but a blank white page.

I’m constantly stuck on the white screen when I open the app. I have a 12 pro max, and have restarted, uninstalled, all the things they have asked me to do. I have gone into the branch and they just tell me that they are having technical issues. It’s unusable at this point. Really disappointing.

Honestly, I wish ALL banking apps were as polished and simple as this. One click viewing of balances, another click to dive in deeper. No bloatware!
