impossible to find your clipped coupons. One of the worst apps ever

Love the store and how clean it is!

I don’t understand why the app developers come out with an update that forces users to update their operating system, just leave the old app accessible and working if The new update is not compatible with the users operating system.

I often have trouble finding the digital coupon for the sale item.

It is very difficult to find and download these so call “Digital Discounts “

As it was well outside the delivery window, told driver, when he finally called, that I had to depart as I had another commitment. When I returned found almost $100 worth of perishable items that I had to dispose of. Also attempted to call the customer service number to cancel the order when it was obvious the driver would arrive outside of the scheduled times, no answer. Deleted the app and attempting to delete my account. While the app shows items in stock, every order I’ve placed has anywhere from 1/4 to 1/3 of items ordered out of stock. After abandoning the PeaPod delivery format and giving fulfillment responsibility to individual stores, it appears store staff either is insufficient, has received no training, has no access to update the app as to item availability or can not be bothered. Also now continue to receive items within two of three days of expiration (chips?). The problem is not the Instacart and other drivers it is using, it is the store staff’s inability to manage this system, something other supermarkets seem to have no issue with.

I love the app, the digital coupons, the searches and stuff but the biggest headache is the weekly ad does not display in landscape smh so far that’s my only problem but it’s very annoying. That is why I can only give 4 stars

Have snail mail flyer, see all the digital coupon specials; downloaded the S&S app, can’t find the digital coupons. This is a lot of work will little reward. Did someone get a medal creating this game?

It’s a very convenient place to shop and their employees are very friendly 👍

I’ve had the Stop & Shop app for sometime this new app was not user-friendly. I hope once I get used to it it becomes that but until then I’m not a happy shopper at Stop & Shop.
