This is a spoof app pretending to be Stocard. Stay away.

Horrible navigation

I’ve been trying to check my balance for 45 minutes. Asked for security code on the card, THERE IS NONE!!!!!

Awful

Awful. The first screen you see is “do you want to rate this app”. Like I just installed it? The best screen you see is a predatory 29.99$ a year subscription. After skipping all that adding cards gives nothing but a picture, note, and barcode which disappeared and I couldn’t set a barcode. Really unintuitive, predatory, and limited. There are better alternatives.

Charged me premium (1year) access without any descriptions given. Waiting on refund.

Scam

This app firstly charges money without consent upon download. But the worst part is that it does not work. Sadly I asked Apple for a refund and they denied my request. I even filed an appeal for them to review the decision and they still won’t refund. So do yourself a favour and stay the hell away from this app! Scam!!!

How can I get in contact with costomer support?

App forces payment even before you run it to evaluate the functionality, does not work well with both front and rear photos and scanning the barcode thereafter, should not be available on the store until it is properly evaluated and improved!
