Enjoyable app and easy to follow

This is a great app, very easy to use. I love the variety of stretches and programs available- as a dancer I’m finding there are lots of programs that suit my needs. The monthly challenges are also well thought out.

Expensive

I’m doing the free new years challenge and it’s fun and includes decent stretches, very similar to yoga. I mainly got this app to learn the splits but $23 a month is a lot just to learn the splits. I would love to see an option to be able to purchase single programs for a set fee, not an ongoing monthly fee.

Love this app! Perfect for someone who wants a quick stretch during a busy day.

Life requirement

This app has become my day-to-day life requirement; I can't start my day without using it; very practical and with a range of options from beginning to advance and from easy to hard; suitable for everyone and any level, and the best is you can always find a stretch that suits your daily life.

Almost perfect

Love the programs, but it needs to be able to let you customise some of them to suit, and make them downloadable, I work in remote areas with little to no signal or wifi at times, and it’s very frustrating not being able to use a program that you’ve paid for.

The app I’ve needed for a long time

Excellent app for stretches to start the day, finish the day, stretch certain parts of my body, and to “fix my stuff”. After doing some of the classes, I’ve been able to “switch off” my lower back which is a great feeling, after I’ve had a period when it’s been sore. I’m now on holiday for a month and am going to try the splits challenges. Thanks Sam - I love what you’ve created and shared 🙏🏽.

Good but

Great so far, needs something (maybe a little diagram) that tells you where you should feel the stretch

A small suggestion

It’s really great and I love it. But if I could offer one idea for improvement, it’d be great if we could cast all videos/clips to the TV or maybe just make them go full screen on phones. Or both. :)
