Unacceptable treatment of your customers
I have been using an iSense sensor for many years without trouble but spent a few months not doing so recently. When I tried to use it again after upgrading the calibrator app yesterday, it kept crashing. Having investigated this on your website, I read my device is “deprecated” and that, “per your agreement with Apple” you may no longer provide earlier versions to existing customers. It is an absolute scandal - there was no warning when I updated the apps on the AppStore !!! - a scandal, both on your part and on Apple’s part. I bought an expensive product from you (sensor) and an iPad mini from Apple to be able to use it (I did not need this second iPad for anything else at the time) and now, both companies let me down ?! At the very least, have the decency to provide old time users with prior versions of the app so that they can use a perfectly working device they bought ! All this hardware deliberately deprecated by means of incompatible software is an absolute shame. MeNwhile, Apple pretends to be green. Pfff.
