It’s hard to put into words just how thankful I am that the Bloom method team carried me through my pregnancy journey and now my postpartum experience. The app helped me keep healthy nutrition, strengthen/lengthen my pelvic floor, engage smart powerful breathing, and mentally prepare for labour. I learned so much and got one-on-one helpful advice from Brooke at a crucial time —my (first) birth definitely benefited from this app.
I was looking for a safe way to workout while pregnant and Studio Bloom has provided even more than this! I really enjoy it and always look forward to moving with my bump!🥰
Studio bloom has been a game changer through my first pregnancy, postpartum, trying to conceive again, and now through my second pregnancy! It has made all the difference. So grateful!
It’s not particularly fun or exciting but it’s safe effective exercises that help to build a strong functional core postpartum. (and align with what I’ve been told by pelvic floor physios in the past)
I learned so much from the Bloom Method that helped me throughout my first pregnancy. I have continued to use their videos, especially their express workouts, since I now have a baby to keep up with!
I am a mother of 6 children. My pregnancies 1-3, I suffered from pelvic girdle pain. Each pregnancy it was getting worse to the point I needed my husband’s assistance with things like even getting out of bed. My third pregnancy (at 8 weeks pregnant) I was already experiencing significant pain. I discovered studio bloom and started implementing the exercises. The rest of my pregnancy and any of my subsequent 3 pregnancies afterwards, I did not suffer from pelvic girdle pain. I highly recommend the app. -Jasmine

I had a subscription for a month but found that it is not worth the money and switched to another app. Not easy to find the workouts for different trimesters and search wasn’t useful. I wish they had trial 30 days.
I am in my 3rd pregnancy and I have tried a couple prenatal and post natal classes. This is my first time with the Bloom Method and I have been very satisfied. The workouts are very challenging and short, which makes it easier to fit in your schedule even with two small kids and working full time. As well all is on demand, so you can watch it away if you need. The core work is phenomenal. I know I will be staying with the method in my postnatal phase as well, as they provide safe workouts for mamas with abdômen separation - main reason I have not exercised during postnatal before. Recommended!
