Simple, accurate, very easy to use.
Great app would recommend, worth paying for, the free version is great as well, I wanted all the features so got premium, keeps track of my fasting time and exercise, wish it had more recipes though, so please guys give us more recipes that are quick to make with simple ingredients. Thanks ❤️
Love this app, so versatile, you can hide foods or add foods to your favourite list which makes it quicker to add each day. Customise your macros and goal weight. Sends you reminders to log your food intake as well as fluids if you want to track.

This really is easy to use and full of information. Although it seems pretty expensive, I think it is worth it because it really helps you make informed decisions on what you eat.

Using this app makes life in a Keto diet so much easier, I couldn’t do it without it.
I have been using the pro version of this app and I am thrilled I found it. Instead of having a note book or my computer, using this app I am able to track all the food I eat and it’s so convenient to have the ratios of protein, carbs, fats and calories for every item of food, and a plus is to be able to add my own choices of food to the”food grid” with the pro version. At the end of the day I am able to get a progress report on the total percentages of carbs, protein, fat and calories consumed that day. To top it all there is a section for notes where I can record things like ketone levels, exercise and times when meals were eaten. All this can be achieved by one app which I can’t stop raving about. The pro version is the one to choose, it’s money well worth spent.
