I’ve used this app for 3 years. It’s fantastic
I wish I would have know. When I purchased the app I lost all my history on the free app.
Awesome thanks
First - this app is SO easy to use and really comprehensive. Click a button to add a food - change amount grams vs ounces - choose meal - add food. See your macros, see your calories, see your stats. SO EASY! Add a food with the bar code scanner or manually and it shows up all the time. Add a note - your blood glucose reading perhaps? Medications? - and it’s always available at a touch. Set custom fasts and adjust as needed. Best of all (imo) is the ONE TIME price for this app. Overall, I’d give this a 10/5 and the responsiveness of customer support is a large factor. *chef’s kiss*
I keep coming back to this app over three year. Some highly promoted weight loss app or system comes out and I persuade myself to try it but I never get the results that I get when I’m on Keto using this app it’s easy direct and works.
After you enter all information and set up account, You get 2 free foods then you have to pay.
This app is excellent. It is easy to use. It is accurate. I love it. I’ve used lots of other apps in this one is the easiest. Tess
The app is the most user-friendly dietary/lifestyle app I have EVER used. It's never judgmental and supportive in many ways. You can adjust notifications to Your overflow. There are so many options for entering personal information to customize my needs and preferences. The food database is simply amazing. The option to enter new foods and share that information with all users on this platform is brilliant. The ability to create meals and tabulate the macronutrients is one of my favorite features. Stupid Simple is the perfect name for this app. It keeps everything sorted and reasonable. Over the years, I had gained extreme amounts of weight with metabolic disorders and severe hormonal deficiencies. My high weight in 2000 was 355 lbs. I'm a 5’5” woman. I was only able to lose about 90 lbs on my own after getting treated for metabolic issues with my pancreas (NOT DIABETES). I found Stupid Simple when I was frustrated with my plateau. I also have epilepsy. A fellow patient said she had shocking improvements with her epilepsy with keyto dietary changes. I read about the ketogenic diet being developed by and for boxers in the late 19th century and discovered it has scientifically proven incredible benefits for my endocrine disorders. When I started using Stupid Simple, it was called something else almost ten years ago when I weighed 265 lbs. I've had ups and downs due to health issues and had to stop sometimes for months. I am happy to say the habits I learned from the app stayed with me and helped me even then. I recently started keyto dieting again and am currently down to 171.8 lbs!
The shameless nature of these keto apps claiming to be FREE then dropping an “upgrade to premium” charge after you’ve been using it for several days to track your progress 🙄 it’s just baffling to me. This one gets one more star than the other 2 apps I tried, simply because I was able to use it for longer before being charged.. actually …now that I think about it, that makes it even worse!! 1 star for you!!! It’s seriously just as easy to use a pencil and notebook paper while googling nutritional info for the food you eat.. (Assuming anyone still owns a pencil and notebook paper 😅)
