Therefore they can charge you one more month😂 No cs response you during their working hours They also would MADE YOUR BOX DAMAGED when it returned then charge you AGAIN. And ask you to provide a photo to proof the box is not damaged when it returned👏🏻👏🏻 Bad experience with this trash app👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Worst APP ever! Not worthy at all. Cancellation terms and details are not clear and not easy ti locate. Information provided by CS differ from those in FAQ. Client may find it confusing. After deducting the 7 business days notice period for cancelling subscription, plus 2-3 days for receiving the bag, plus 3-4 days returning it, you only have 2 weeks to use your rented bag. Given their HKD 899 “basic” subscription plan (haven’t mention most of their good-looking or famous bags need extra HKD 290-790), you can only use it for 2 weeks. CS will only be active when engaging you to the service. About cancellation? Nah, they will reply you as late as they can :)

Subscription cancellation is not user friendly at all and i feel so angry with I submit my cancellation request as instructed in the app and also left message to ur cs to cancel but they just ignore me and do not process my request Another billing date is coming soon Pls CANCEL it as i requested

Pros: The bag in good condition Cons: 1） you can see any bags can be rented before you subscribe! Once you subscribe, not much can be rented ! Many bags are outdated ! 2）Rubbish CS: - slow replay! They have many teams , but with poor communication between , I ask question to rental team , they said transfer me to sales team , sales team ask me again .....waste my time ! Every team don’t take any responsibility to others ! Poor management imply! - can’t change any details of DHL transfer ! They don’t help u fix the problem, just give DHL hotline and fix by urself! What the CS service ? - no rely when u complain!

Scam and Liar! It showed the Chanel is available to rent before I subscribed, but right after I subscribed both are rented? Now I don’t want any other bags the others are so ugly. Scam!

As the title suggests, the app is a complete scam, you won’t be able to rent anything other than super old and vintage bags unless you pay a premium price on top of the regular subscription. Also they like to charge your credit card without notice, claiming that the bag I rented was premium, well why wasn’t I notified this when I decided to rent it? SCAM. Lol they sent me an email at 12:30 saying if I don’t reply by 13:00 they will charge my credit card, what a bunch of shxt.

Online chat no response,Treating, No bag will be provide even i upload required inform in their app

介面設計不友善，發了身份證相片，不通過也不說明原因！送貨時間段竟然是8：00am-6：00pm，我是送公司地址，全公司沒人這麼早返工啊！然後問客服，都是24小時後才回答你的！來來回回好幾天的嘗試，才成功！！另外你想進軍香港，可不可以給我們一個繁體中文介面的選擇啊！

Bad experience！CS no response！The app is difficult to use！ 超級垃圾，個app完全唔好用，一開始唔知點訂閱，好啦，要訂啦要po id相，po完又唔批，又唔講理由，問cs又覆得慢，自問用過好多個網購app，真係最差係佢，得3個cs都夠膽死開平台，下下等成日先覆。未俾錢用個服務已經一肚氣！cls！

I am a user from from Hong Kong and I found this business idea amazing. Excited to try a new bag every month. Bags are in good condition. There have been some minor glitches in operation but the CS has been helpful and they are willing to improve. Keep it up! Love the app.
