Completely unsafe product that causes pain and could so so easily cause damage. This product shouldn’t even be legal, and Apple should not be willing to help distribute the service.

I’ve tried numerous times to connect my device to my wifi via my IPhone 12 Pro, I’ve allowed background access, local connections, etc., but it still won’t work.

Received the device, installed the App and it will not connect. Followed the instructions exactly and read through the FAQ’s and nothing works. The FAQ section is useless at best. I even tried adjusting my WiFi settings and still cannot connect. Going to return device since I have not been able to use 1 time.

I can’t remove this app from my iPhone. What the heck?

But they got rid of the zoom function please bring that back as it was very useful for seeing pores on the face !

I can no longer access “dynamic” view instead of horizontal. I have found I can no longer use this product/app safely and effectively with the limited options. Will have to look into alternatives.

Bring back vertical mode please. Unusable after that last update.

my mom and i LOVED the suear! it was great for acne until the acne clean feature was removed in a recent update. this app and device would be 5 stars again if the acne clean feature came back 👂

I love this app but why did you switch the camera around? It’s like mirrored and hard to use now can you give an option to switch it back to how it was before update

Seriously, I'll never understand companies/app developers removing MAJOR features that literally made a product what it is. Without acne mode, this tool is beyond useless. I've purchased 5 Suear devices over the last few years, and gifted several more. Without acne mode, they're all going to end up in the garbage. Acne mode was the only safe mode, and I can barely use the app now. PLEASE bring it back!!
