What happened to the x10 magnification? …….. Tried contacting the app support but says server cannot be found? …………………… Love this little tool that can help you see inside and behind your ears easily!

They changed the modes - mirror mode doesn’t work as a mirror. It needs to go back the way it was.

the tool is completely unusable without the stabilization that the dynamic mode offered. the thing just shakes everywhere now.

Useless. Sorry I bought it

Bought this device on Amazon and it’s better than I expected. I get plugged ears from small canals and I couldn’t believe how much stuff I saw in there. Worked like a charm and the app is awesome. I had no problem connecting and it took both clear pictures and video! So cool to have this at home anytime I need it to see inside my ear canals, which was both gross and interesting at the same time.
