Delay order no any update from them dont buy here

I have made an order in advance for my trip and it has been delivered only partially in the promised timeframe (Thursday-Saturday). One pair of thermal leggings much needed for my old father in -30 degrees has not arrived. There is nowhere to call after 6PM and no courier number mentioned in the app. Yanal in live chat has promised to sort it out, but now it’s Sunday morning and I am at the airport and leaving the country without the order. I am never ordering from this store again, there is much better and more reliable service in Dubai.

The user experience of the app is very poor and needs significant improvement. Here are the key issues: 1. App Performance: The app is extremely slow and does not function smoothly. 2. Bag Functionality: Moving or deleting items from the bag takes too much time. Additionally, the app often freezes during these actions. 3. Disappearing Items: There are instances where all items in the bag disappear automatically, leaving nothing to proceed to checkout. 4. Wishlist Issues: Moving items to the wishlist is very slow, and the “Wishlist” button in the bag is difficult to tap.

They have mistakenly sent an incorrect order and i have been following up for two weeks without fixing the problem nor returning the items, waste of money

Worst service when you want to return the item or exchange.

Returned item, and they mentioned will return my refund into my wallet. Since that day till now 2 years passed the wallet was never credited and now they say the amount is expired because it passed 12 months.

The worst online shopping app .I ordered football shoes and It wasn’t showing when I bought and they did not let me track it and it arrived after 4 days .Secondly, I wanted to add shoes it kept saying error and I deleted the app more than 2 times and It would not let me.I won’t shop again and I don’t recommend to anyone.
