Poor app
I expected something more professional. But then again, there’s no alternative..now just crossing fingers that this is not a predictor of Sunsynk after sales service..

Sunsynk Logger App has been developed to help you get the most out of your Sunsynk inverter.
It has been specially tailored for the customers and installers.
Using the Sunsynk Logger app with your Sunsynk inverter gives you complete remote control of your system from anywhere in the world!
Real-time Monitoring – The Sunsynk Logger App lets you monitor multiple stats such as energy generation, battery status, grid, and load statistics.
Change Settings Remotely - You can control all settings on the inverter from your mobile phone or PC without having to visit the inverter in person.
Sharing Plant Connection - Customers can share their connection with their installer, permanently or temporarily.
If they need help with any settings or configuration on their system, or if the installer needs to run any diagnostic checks, there is no need to visit site. The customer can share their plant connection and the installer can run any diagnostics / make any configuration changes from their own account.
Octopus Agile Intergration - UK users can use the Live Price feature, using this you can look at the live prices provided by Octopus Energy and amend your charge and discharge prices with those figures in mind.
Reporting – Users can generate detailed reports and export them to a PDF file. You can generate reports an that day, week, month, and year, or you can create custom reports.
Events / Alerts – The Sunsynk Logger app will notify you if there are any events such as any warnings or faults or if there is any sudden loss in power.

Service error
App often down showing service error. When it works it’s good but service error messages occur often.
Terrible
The new update had caused more problems than it’s fixed. At random intervals there is no data on the power flow, everything is blank.
Whole app
New app is a disaster. Why break something that’s working. Should go back to version 1.10. It was working fine.
Power flow diagram
The power flow diagram is not showing on iPadOS 15.8.2. It is however showing on iPhone as well as Microsoft. Work well until about a month ago. I think this is a bug in the new version of Sunsynk.
Satisfied but would like more
Nee to the app. Latest app is good. Really like the graphs. Just wish it had an auto refresh - unless i don’t know where this function is set.
No power flow diagram after the last updates
App has just been updated. Obviously not tested! On the iPad the power flow diagram is not populated 😡
Constantly offline
This app is constantly offline for hours or days at a time! Unacceptable!
App text size
Im really disappointed in the new version of the app.. The older version was so easy to see the power flow while not at home.. The text is absolutely unreadable.. I have no idea why they would change something that was perfect.. Im actually thinking of removing this inverter thats how strong i feel as the application is useless to me
iPad doesn’t display graphics
Works ok on my phone but not on the iPad. Equipment page ok but when moving to the overview the pictorial graphic is not there, just a number, clicking on the munger gives a blank page with the same number on it. New version no better than old in this case, v 1.11.8
