Sunsynk Connect

Great app but re-login is frustrating. Isnt there a method that could be deployed to limit the number of times one has to login. It happens almost every week that the credentials are lost.

Apart from The fact that the app is always down, this new one which copies the website is a downgrade. I can barely see the numbers now. So disappointing

While having this app is better than having no app at all, the significant delay in real time data as well as the app frequently not working or glitching is a real problem. The overall data setup and design is not the most user-friendly or view-friendly, especially changing settings like the timers… It requires you to do quite a bit of hunting to find what you are looking to change. It does seem that each update is improving some of the information available, but app updates typically causes another bug or glitch almost without fail. I think the app has a lot of potential but a long way to go.

Used to work very well until Sunsynk decided to do an update, now it’s broken, information incorrect and incomplete.

This has to be one of the most poorly designed apps for iPhone that I’ve ever seen. It looks like it was designed for a large computer screen and squashed into the smaller iPhone screen area. That’s not the worst though. The Wi-Fi dongle on the Sunsynk equipment apparently sends data to a server and then back to the user. Unfortunately, there appear to be frequent problems with the server and as a result, the user has no way of knowing what the battery levels are at any given time. This could be remedied by sending data to both the server and the user simultaneously. There should also be more frequent refresh rates. Hopefully this app can be redesigned and improved in future.

The new version of the App 1.9.13 with removal of Region 1 and Region 2 does not work for previous Region 1 users My data was not migrated to Region 2. Up to 23rd December my profile was still on Region 1. Are you able to roll back the app to the previous version 1.9.11 with Region 1 and 2, while you try resolve the issue? Whatever you did with the new version has removed old Region 1 users. If I can only use the inverter screen and not the app, then I should have rather bought Deye Inverter

This product has been installed, plant created, installer can see it on their side, but despite the installer logging multiple requests to fix the fact that I cannot see anything on the website or App (no plant, no data, just a blank screen), no one responds or fixes the issue. Sunsynk, is horrible and not a product you can rely on!!!

My biggest issue is with the app not showing real time data. It makes it basically useless.

App kicked me out, and won’t let me back in, can not get a code for a password reset or set up a new email account to access visibility on our system, paid a ridiculous amount for the system and now can’t see what’s happening with it. Not good enough!!
