Dear Superbuy, If possible could you please fix the 'transfer offline' top up. I've already paid but can't give the information to Superbuy. When selecting the remittance currency in the app it stays empty. I tried the website. But unfortunately the Superbuy website does not support 'transfer offline'. I hope that someone could help me. Thank you in advance.

I asked them to send Package A to China and Package B to the Netherlands. They sent Package A to the Netherlands and B to China. Meanwhile they lost two pieces of my clothes. They refuse to admit their mistake and do not compensate anything. Use Superbuy if you want to lose your things, your money, and your temper.
