Great to check status update on the go but if you intend to use it for first time order or more complicated items then you are better off using the PC/desktop browser which has more options. I found myself dealing with empty pages, disappearing messages or outdated information. It was frustrating. It didn’t help that I was trying to purchase something TWICE and each round that was an issue that I couldn’t attend to because there was literally no button for me to check after each prompt. It literally just disappeared. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
