Superhuman Mail

Logged in with my Google account. Have all permissions and then nothing happens. Just says something about access being provided after consultation?! What are you on about!? You’ve got my email address now and all the access but I can’t use this?! Very poor behaviour!

This app rubs me up the wrong way straight from the start. Asking for my permission and then not giving me access. After all the fuss of getting access it’s just not a great experience on mobile. The Mac app is not bad but it’s not great either. Massively overpriced.

When replying to an email the app freezes every time forcing me to close the app and go again. Otherwise I like it

Does exactly what it needs to do and saves me hours every week. Excellent tool to stay optimised.

Had to hand over personal details then like many others have said, waiting for a consultation. It’s unclear and worrying. Uninstalling.

This app somewhat divides the world…there are people that get why paying $30 a month for email makes sense and those that think it’s absurd. Worth every cent.

When I’m trying to login to superhuman I sign in and it says “superhuman will be activated during your consultation” and on email I give it permission and it says sorry it can’t reach your outlook account

I found Superhuman to be a slick email client that supports Gmail and Outlook. I’d say it’s definitely geared towards business use. I gave the product a spin with a free month referral, but cancelling a subscription requires access to the iOS or MacOS client. You can’t obviously cancel a subscription via the web without knowing it’s done via email to their hello@ email address. I found this out too late and ended up paying a monthly fee which isn’t cheap for an email client. My feedback would be to make cancelling a subscription an automatic action, make it easier to discover from the web and don’t have customers have to email an internal team to have their subscriptions cancelled.

Love it, would never go back to gmail or the laundry list of other email upgrade apps. This is the best well done team!
