Terrible app
The app is terrible and always randomly logs you out even when you ask it not to when logging in. Then won’t accept your correct password and you have to go change it to a new one just to get back in! If possible avoid using the app.

Recently, last few days the app has logged me out and can’t log in or change password. Please fix it soon!
This app I’ve had a while. Worked really well. Though since the update it keeps logging out and not allow me to log back in , without going through password process. It’s becoming a real pain. Even if I tick stay logged in. Thankfully the timer still set so always get hot water but just can’t get on to boost.
The app is unstable. It regularly asks for you password even if you have asked it to remember you and now, in May 2023 it is impossible to sign in on an iPhone or iPad, even after deleting and reinstalling. In March, at least I could login using the iPad now, I have to turn on by removing the plastic cover and pressing the button. This isn’t short term, the app has had issues, from my experience from the word go, a year ago. I’m guessing that this time, the control server has gone offline.
I’ve had this for a few years, the app is horrendous. Sometime it just signs me out, then won’t let me sign in for days, input you details and nothing happens. Don’t have original email I set up so can’t reset and help contact have never responded to me!!!
After last update FSTWiFi stopped connecting to Wi-Fi . Please do something about it!!!

Probably one of the worst apps I have bought into after buying 10 Timeguard wifi fused switches. Often goes offline and takes an age to restart. Adding a sub account user has never worked and following the latest update, can’t even log onto the app anymore. Not what a main stream supplier should be providing, especially at the price per switch!
This app powers our Aga and on paper is a good app but fails to deliver on reliability. The last 6 months the app has failed numerous times, 5 or 6 at least. Each time we are unable to control the Aga and has led to significant issues including times of being unable to cook at all. Tech support are sometimes helpful and other times not. They don’t seem to be aware of many of the issues, fail to address the long term reliability and at a most basic level fail to publish any information about on going works. For example app stops working. You contest them to complain and they tell you scheduled maintenance. If I had known that I could have made alternate plans. I’m fed up with the ongoing unreliability.
