Horrible app signs you out automatically and doesn’t let you sign back in even with multiple password resets. The house is freezing and we can’t turn on the heating because of how awful this app is.

Using this app to set up a fstwifi switch is incredibly frustrating. The connection times out, despite multiple attempts to connect the timeguard unit to my 2.4ghz wifi network. Have contacted support but none if the suggestions work. Really frustrated.

One of the most difficult apps to navigate.So hard just to turn on my lights.Please make it simple.

the app has too many clicks to to do a simple task of on or off. no option to just set it on for an hour quickly. please update. make it simple. it can’t be that hard to have a simple on off big button on the first page. or make it compatible with apple home or ewelink app. they have a simple on off feature. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update to make it more straightforward. why have to go in to advanced settings to simply turn it on.

Really bad app. Needs an update. If you press the physical ON button it cancels your timer, so you have to go back into the app to toggle the auto timer switch back on again. Why ? Could be a great product but the app lets it down really badly. All the boost timers are wrong as said by another reviewer. I wouldn’t buy this product again.

Please fix this problem, won’t let log in to app on iPhone and WiFi not working on unit

Spent £70 on this timer and can't even log into my account. Also all the times displayed are wrong. When you set a time to come on it displays a the turn off time. Also the 1 hr boost displays 2 hours no matter how many times you press it. Absolute rubbish app!

I am looked out of my account, I registered again, but still can’t log in, please fix!!

The app is terrible and always randomly logs you out even when you ask it not to when logging in. Then won’t accept your correct password and you have to go change it to a new one just to get back in! If possible avoid using the app.
