Surgery App

No use what so ever to me. NHS App serves me better, information wise ..

You can’t do any of the vital things they advertise this app having like making appointments, requesting repeats and having non emergency support at the moment all this app is is a Callander that you have to manually enter your own appointments. Utter joke like 99.99% of the nhs these days

The app in principle is functional however there are more links to web browsers than I would like - what is the actual point of an app if you’re just using it as a bookmark to send people to the NHS website all the time to log in; why does this app need an account if we can’t actually do anything through the app. My GP surgery also fail to utilise the barebones basics of the app, it’s absolutely redundant as they force us to do everything over the phone

Directed to this app by the survey’s ’care navigator’ (ie a human being) having phoned the surgery at just before midday. When you try to contact the surgery electronically via the app you’re simply told that you can’t because it’s ‘out of hours’. It is midday now. I will be complaining to the surgery.

Only just started using this app. Have no choice as our old system has been removed. (Not by GP practice). You seem to be able to do a plethora of tasks on here. Most of which most people wouldn’t want in my opinion. To use online appointment booking, Which I use a lot, you first have to create an online account (not sure if that will give me access to that facility even then) The app has most of my details, as before but you have to supply photos and info a lot of people might not have or be able to carry out. Have tried to create online registration today so will see how long and how successful that will be. So far not impressed. Our surgery by the way is super.

As interactive as a .pdf file. You may as well just have your surgery phone number in your phone for what it does and save valuable space for cat pics.

Tried phoning since 8am it took 185 attempts finally got through only to be told that all available slots have been allocated please explain to me how do I get an appointment to see a Doctor

Used this app for ages with no problem, but now it's useless. Sign in never used to be by email address, and this is what seems to be the problem. Can't use it, as it doesn't recognise the (correct) email used to register
