Heavily P2W

If you wanna go f2p, you probably can enjoy progress for 3-4 months. After that, prepare to stuck and slow progress. Many key materials are sold in shop for $. The one on the events mostly unreachable by f2p players (you can get 1 out of 4) and they made it scarce on events so people would buy it. Everytime new survivor comes up, you can enjoy it 5 years later as f2p. Even if you can unlock it, you cannot level it because the key materials is scarce and to get it fast is by resetting your current survivor and SURPRISE, reset survivor vial is Paywalled. Battle speed up is paywalled, enjoy playing same stage for 4x with 15 minutes each. When I write this, the strongest f2p is 260k+ attack, strongest p2w is 600k+ attack. Strongest F2p is not even half strongest P2w attack.

Too hard

Beginner levels/chapters are too hard. I cannot even get passed level/chapter 2, even with multiple extra buffs and weapons, the enemies are too strong and I already used up all my revives items. It’s just too much for new players. At least take a look at the others games, they give players around 10 easy to beat beginner levels/quests so people can have the satisfaction to play the game. At this rate, people are just gonna quit on the first day.
