stole money and resources
Previously, an accidental purchase of in-game resources was made. I applied for a refund, but the developers refused me, arguing that they do not have the ability to issue a refund to Apple users and told me to deal with the app store, although the game itself has clear rules for returns that I followed. As a result, both the developers and the Apple app store refused to refund me without explaining the reasons. I was angry, but gradually calmed down. But one day I noticed that all the accidentally purchased resources in the game were gone. I wrote to the game support, but it was as if a robot answered, without even studying the facts provided. They say that I previously applied for a refund and the refund was approved in the system, but they told me before that they could not issue me a refund because I am an Apple user. I again provide them with facts, screenshots of past correspondence, facts that THERE WAS NO REFUND and that they would return either money or resources. But it seems they didn't read it again and just wrote back that a return is not possible for Apple. And so on ad infinitum, they write that the return is approved, then they write that the return is not possible. As a result, I am without $120 and resources. Avoid this game
