Highly recommended for all Sutter Health patients. User friendly and offers many resources and quick access to appointments, test results, check-ins, and appt follow-up reports. And offers easy access messaging to your care teams.

I received instructions from my doctor for a procedure. Contrary instructions were posted on my health. Due to holidays confirmation of instruction was unavailable. Resulted in 4 additional days of restricted diet over holidays which made things difficult and apparently unnecessary when my doctors office said they never heard of those instructions. Will not trust this app again

I’ve used the app for paying, checking in to appointments, different types of questionnaires – many different functions - and it has generally been easy to use and useful. The one thing that’s annoying is that emails “expire.” if you don’t respond in a relatively short amount of time, it blocks you from being able to reply, so you have to start a a new email and paste everything from the old one. There must be some legal reason because it doesn’t seem to make sense otherwise.

I just wanted a simple refill of a prescription and have been shunted around to different doctors. Trying to get an appointment on the app is almost impossible. It was much better and more responsive a few years ago.

The app makes it convenient to stay on top of your health. You get reminders for appointments, your lab results, and text communication with your provider.

Love being able to manage my health through this app. Being able to chat with my primary care team makes my life so much easier.

Able to consult with doctor when something came up from the blood test. Works great!
