I’ve been an active person my whole life, usually choosing the outdoors for my “gym”—to say I despise American fitness and diet trends is an understatement. But, SWAN! I so appreciate Carolina’s emphasis on not over-stressing the body and finding Beauty, flow, and balance. It’s an incredibly fun and satisfying workout that’s producing both physical and mental results I thought were impossible for my body. Thank you, Carolina!
I’ve never done another workout that I look forward to like Carolina’s. Consistency is key, and I try to do at minimum 10-20 minutes each morning, and at least 1-2 of the full Tone each week. Without making any major diet changes, and months later, I can see and feel so much more muscle definition where I didn’t have it! I feel lean, sexy, and strong. I’m obsessed!!!

Carolina is relatable; that is one of the primary reasons why I continue her workouts (after 3 years) and suggest them to friends. I very much hope that her brand doesn’t become too commercial and something of “another world” like some. She is down to earth, her equipment is basic, her music is awesome and her workouts are efficient! Her goal to connect movement with the psychology of wellness is on point. Many programs out there are all about “loosing weight or lifting more weight” but Carolina is about connecting the body, with the brain, and with our own self perception.
Truly the best exercise program I’ve tried. App works great.
I’ve being enjoying waking up early and working out first thing in the morning- I love how you can either have a 5 min or 50 min workout and feel accomplished and good with any of them- it’s like a treat to my self- boosting my mood and changing not only physically but mentally -
