Love the workouts!!!
Absolutely love this app. I hate going to the gym and this app helps me work out at home with or without equipment and the results are amazing! Definitely recommend 👍👍👍
Sweat has been my solution for regular workouts! I love this app when I need to work out on my own, when I can’t make a gym class or if I don’t have much time. Love the variety of workouts available, highly recommend!
This app is wonderful - many different programs to choose from that suit your fitness level, goals, interests, and available equipment. I’ve been using Sweat for years and I have yet to find another app or workout program that is as great as this one. Thank you, Kayla and team!

I am in love with this app!!!
I've used this app daily for about two years. So, obviously that means I approve and like it. However, one huge thing that would be an amazing change is to be able to take part of two programs during the same time. I've wanted to join challenges but can't because I've been told I won't be part of the yoga that I do daily anymore if I were to join a challenge. I'm not sure why that wouldn't be a possibility and do hope it's something that changes over time.

Love Kelsey Wells at home workouts! I know starting is the hardest thing but here’s a trick: I trick my mind into doing it. I say we’ll just do 15 min a day, then if you do at least 15 your mind says we’re done, then you tell yourself let’s go for more! If you can do it, if not at least you’ve done 15 min!
The layout and functionality of this app is nice. There are a lot of different program options to suit different goals. Thing I dislike most about it, is that it is difficult to use in the gym. The way the sets are arranged, it will have you running around two different ends of the gym to use different equipment, and since there are multiple laps, it has you monopolizing the same piece of equipment for a long period of time when you’re not actively using it. I wish that the programs would be adjusted to be more public gym friendly.
