Swiggy: Food Instamart Dineout

Received expired and staled food and while complaining regarding restaurant they are replyed like “ this restaurant has standardised methods to prepare food” , they are thinking like we are reporting even though they delivered quality food . And there is no standard checks with in Swiggy food delivery system . First they have cross check with there restaurants , is this restaurants delivering quality food or not…

This is the third or the fourth time probably i have experienced this issue. Really outrageous, i donot understand is there no age criteria for hiring these stupid riders..they do not know how to talk to a customer or to a women . He (rider -kanishk yadav)was literally shouting at the phone and seemed like 14-15 years of age and also carried another boy which was obviously not from swiggy.. And now since this is the worst experience i have handled and for sure i am gonna put on every social media possibly.And if the riders and these are not safe for public or women . I would rather not use swiggy .along with this i will advise other poeple and the loyal customers of swiggy to be safe and prefer not to use swiggy . Thanks for this worst experience.

I am extremely disappointed with Swiggy's service. Over the past few weeks, I've experienced delayed deliveries three times, each time for more than an hour. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. It's unacceptable to wait so long for an order that was promised to arrive much sooner. Swiggy needs to seriously improve its delivery efficiency and customer service to avoid losing loyal customers like me.

Every mail every chat will give you same answer waste of time

Swiggy used to be the king. Now it’s all orders delayed by 30 minutes. Stale groceries being delivered. Rude and inconsiderate customer care. They used to be the kings. Now they are dead, for me at least. RIP Swiggy.

Received multiple state and cold food from Shah Ghouse restaurant in Hyderabad. Tried reaching swiggy support via email but no response. Frustrating…!!!

The service is gone down to pathetic standards.In Swiggy I have never faced an issue in Ahmedabad, mumbai or Delhi . Swiggy Hyderabad has pathetic service. I order very frequently from Swiggy as I live in PG , 90% of the times either the order is half missing or they are not able to deliver it as there is no delivery agent. Even when the order is delivered, it is defected or leaking .. I am uninstalling the app today and I recommend others not to use… Zomato Hyderabad is hands down better. I am definitely making the shift today.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time now !! Ordering it from the apps almost ever week now and thn!! But last time i ordered the apps clearly said it was available and then after the delivery guy reach the store after a few minutes they said its not in stock !! So i have to cancel it and now they are charging me cancellation fees for there in convenience !! I hear the ‘nutty death by chocolate ice-cream' might go for it too

Very bad service Zomato is far better than this No timely proper delivery

Services are getting worse day by day and prices/extra charges are getting increased day by day. Zomato is far better than Swiggy
