It is NOT acceptable for the check-in process to take 30 minutes in the app just to check in for a return flight. I don’t understand why I have to re-enter passport/visa details for myself and my entire family every time I fly, especially when it’s a return flight and these details should have been saved from the outbound flight. Moreover, what’s the point of collecting passport information in the app if I’m required to re-enter it every time I fly? To make matters worse, the app is slow and frequently encounters errors during check-in. After finally entering all the passport details for the entire family, the app often gives an error and fails to save the information, which is extremely frustrating. The app needs significant improvement to ensure a smoother and more user-friendly experience.
