Love the app but health data disappeared after only a few days of use — I have not removed the fitness tracker and data appears on that, but it’s gone from the app

This app and the corresponding program is wonderful!! I am able to get professional therapy without leaving my home which means I get personalized attention (by messaging my therapist) and can do the therapy a lot more frequently than the traditional method. I would definitely recommend this!

I’ve been using this app now for several days. When I started, I felt excited about the opportunity to improve my health with support from experts. However, the app is letting the experts down. I break this down into two areas: the app design overall, and how it performs when interacting with it. App design : there is minimal navigation between different components of the app. For example, you can be frozen on the Coach page without a way to the other options available. I’ve learned to simply tap somewhere on the page to find my way back to the menu. An arrow back would be a simple thing to add.. In addition, the menu along the bottom of the app. Is not very intuitive. It would be good if there was a master menu on the top right corner or top left corner. Performance : I’ve noticed several times that screens freeze. For example. Loading up one of the elements of my plan. The screen stays open with nothing on it and a wheel turning. That’s very frustrating given that the exercise is often just a few minutes, but it takes longer than that to load it if it ever loads. In addition, today, headlines are showing in a crazy code. There is something wrong with this app!

This is a frustrating option for physical therapy. The communication is unclear and the session( I only did one due to the new exercises suggested couldn’t work for me). I have been contacted by the pt but the program is not so great.

Helping a lot with my range of motion, flexibility and reducing stiffness. I find myself doing the stretches at times just sitting at my desk, while in the hot tub and even after sessions in my stationary bike. Giving me good education and real time feedback

I love the app and the people behind it. The concept of having PT done at your pace is really innovative and can solve so many problems. I am totally into it and would love and recommend it to who ever I could. The PT is on top things for me and is very responsive and quick. Appreciate the team’s effort. Thank you guys.

This has been a blessing to me after struggling with knee pain for years and finding this custom physical therapy with Kayla a great help to relieve my pain. I think I may avoid surgery for the near future with the way my knee is feeling half way thru my initial sessions. I have been able to stop wearing a knee brace and continue my 30 minute daily walks.

Needs better equipment.

It starts with a session with a real physical therapist online. That therapist checks in with you to customize and adjust your therapy based on your performance and your input. I do my PT when and where it is convenient for me. Sometimes it is at home other times it is in the office and once it was on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean.
