SYLVANIA Smart WiFi

Llevo horas intentando conectar una bombilla supuestamente inteligente desde el iPad y iPhone y nunca conecta. No reconoce wifi ni Bluetooth. Muy decepcionado de este producto.

I used to use this app all the time and loved it. Now it never works. My internet is fine, but the lightbulbs are always offline. I am currently only using the bulbs manually. Recently, one of the bulbs now flashes continuously and will not stop. This means I can no longer use it as a regular lightbulb AND it still doesn’t connect to the app. I hate this app and the bulbs. I’m going to have to purchase regular lightbulbs.

This app was good years ago before they removed the ability to group bulbs together. Now, you’re only able to change one bulb at a time. Very cumbersome and unintuitive.

I hate this app but spent money on the bulbs so I’m stuck. Devices are always offline. I do not recommend.

I’ve used these for years, and loved them. I recently got new WiFi and had to reinstall all the bulbs. After doing so, (and updating the app) I can no longer group lights into different rooms to control together! Super disappointed! Loved this feature for years! Is there a new update coming that will allow this? Really miss being able to change color, turn on/off, and quickly change the rooms mood with groupings of the bulbs at once. I’ve even used these on photo shoots, but not being able to group…dang. Help us out SYLVANIA

the connection is always messed up. the wifi light bulb is a trash product that hardly works with the app, randomly loses connection several times daily and the app doesn’t work to control the light no matter how many restarts, refreshes, turning off of my light switch to make it go offline and back online. TRASH.

The lightbulb itself works great but to be able to control the lightbulb is another story because everytime I launch the app it says device is offline so it basically makes the lightbulb useless

Functionality in the app is good, but it’s not intuitive. There are some features in the wrong place, and navigation queues are inadequate. That’s the app part - the lights have been a joy to have! Installed 24 this weekend in a hard to light well townhouse. What a difference!

It never fails, every time I buy SYLVANIA bulbs they never work , never !!!! It’s really get old and annoying, and SYLVANIA never wants to do anything to help fix the problems.

The light strips you sell are not that long so why is there not an option to group the lights together so I don’t have to change them all separately to a different color or to even just turn them off.
