You should be able to adjust the colors of all bulbs and then save-all as a Scene. But instead you have to “create a scene” and then adjust each bulb with a totally different horizontal color picker that doesn’t interactively adjust the bulb. So you can’t dial-in the colors correctly. This app was not well thought out.

I also got one of these gimmicky high tech lights bulbs from Sylvania at a big box store. It was a cool thing the first 2 times I used it. Pretty cool light show if you are high I suppose. I was a sucker. 3rd time I went to use it I had lost my password etc information since I had switched phones. So it was useless. Rendered useless by the security protocols. Very wasteful of resources. A user ID and password for a lightbulb. Really? You need a smartphone to manage a lightbulb. Really? I threw it in the trash. I will never buy another Osram or Sylvania product again. It is true that had I rigorously written down right away the lightbulb’s information and password and kept it for years it would still be in use. (Or so whatever other protocols they advise). I don’t want to track and manage my many lightbulbs any more than I would want to manage toilet paper with user ld and passwords. This is dystopian. Sincerely John K

I don’t know what happened, but at some point in the last few months schedules and bioadaptive lighting stopped working. With schedules, the light doesn’t turn on or off at the right time. If I manually turn it off because it missed the turn off time, it comes back on. My settings in the schedule won’t save so if I want to use it, I am stuck with the coldest blue light. Light never turns on with the right brightness or at all with bioadaptive lighting. I bought these lights specifically for the scheduling feature and loved them for years and now they are barely more useful than a normal lightbulb. Separate from that, the app really needs to be simplified because right now it is unnecessarily complicated.

“This device is not supported by this app Unable to add this device. Consult the merchant about the compatible app and try again.” What does this even mean??? ligjt is wifi light and refuses to work. Horrible.

This app is ridiculous. No logical order to figure out a problem. One device is offline. No logical route to solve that problem. Why is this not easier? My Gosund smart light bulbs are very easy.

Consistency looses settings. After update all devices erased, not way to re add devices. Sylvania falls far behind i usability. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

App is missing ALL Video help tutorials. The cool Effects (Party, Fireplace, Ocean) can only be changed one string of LEDs at a time. They can’t be made part of a scene or scheduled activity that I could find. The app WILL allow you to control via Alexa (I don’t use Google home) for the basic color and intensity values.

Love this app. There are often glitches but I think that’s more of an Alexa issue than a Sylvania app issue. Because of the Alexa glitches, I rely heavily on the widget to turn lights off and on. I updated my phone to the latest iOS & now my widget is gone! 😩 I’m hoping this can be a quick & easy fix. 🤞🏼

I ended up tossing my Sylvania bulbs in the trash. Only way to control them was this app, which wanted entirely to much info and permissions. Got a headache with the strobing while trying to setup the app. No thanks.

The widget no longer works with iOS 18. A very useful feature that I hope gets fixed quickly.
