symplr Workforce

Takes me several minutes to actually login to the app. Plus every function within the app is absurdly slow. I’m just not sure how so many large companies use this app because it’s horrible:/

Older versions let me modify. In the newer versions the right arrow disappears and doesn’t let me edit. Glitch? Or just bad code? Please fix!

It doesn’t work as intended. Constantly needing to sign in multiple times despite facial recognition. Requires my email three times and password three times before I can open menu. Lost the ability to actually see my upcoming scheduled days. Totally getting and giving kick backs to administrators rather than making a usable and user friendly app for the minions.

The facial recognition doesn’t work - so hard to log into. It isn’t intuitive

The Time Card does not advance to the next week for some reason. It’s staying on last week’s Time Card. All my punches today are Clock-in and there’s no way to correct that on the app

I could not login suddenly. I looked in the web to find out how to contact them and they are, seriously like eight different “Symplr Workforce” in their website and I didn’t know which one is the one to contact them. Business is about efficiency and if you cannot get something done with an app, you discard it, period. It is just NOT SYMLR.

This app rejects my face ID more often and requires an authenticator and email multiple times. Why do I need all these steps just to log in????!!!!!!!!

Would be so much easier if it used Face ID. Otherwise the only function we use, clocking works fine.

Stopped working! Only used this app to see my schedule. Now it’s saying that my credentials aren’t accurate but it is my login for work.

Using the app to clock in/out is far too much of a hassle as there are too many steps. With my organization, I have to input my email address twice, enter my password, then go to Microsoft Authenticator and input a code just to be able to clock in or out. This is compared to our previous method of using our badges for punching which takes approximately one second. I also do not enjoy how scheduled time off cannot be edited in the app.
