Game changer
I’m a woman in her mid 30’s who has always been pretty active and was struggling finding a program that would get the desired results I’ve wanted- namely, a visibly toned body and a fitness regimen that I could do at home that challenged me without being too high impact and wrecking my knees like BBG did. S2 has proven to be the Goldilocks solution for me- my custom workouts are perfectly suited to my goals, interests, and abilities, and I’m not tied to a smelly gym to get them done. I love my trainer, Taylor, who is personable, corrects my form, adjusts workouts as my needs change, and keeps me motivated with positive feedback on all my progress. The results have been astounding too- In all my years of fitness, I’ve never felt stronger, more energetic, and more toned than I do now. App functionality is good and constantly improving. As with all new apps, there are bugs here and there, but they are quickly addressed by the S2 team. Can’t wait for Apple Watch integration as I’d love to be able to seamlessly sync my activity there with S2! But even without this feature, logging extra workouts for my trainer to see is still quick and easy. Can’t recommend this program enough.
