T-Mobile

My rating is based on customer service not the app. I’m still deciding whether the guys at your Preston Rd., Plano, TX location are incompetent or thieves. I spent nearly 2 hours there when I got my new phone on July 2 trying to figure out the best plan where I could save some money. Settled on the same plan I have, put a hefty down payment on the phone, and I was told my bill would go up $20 a month. I got my bill and it went up $60 a month. I went back to the store and the associate could not figure out what happened. He said he needed more time to figure it out and gave me his phone number to text him later. Texted him once and got a response he hadn’t figured it out yet. Texting him at least 3 more times more and now it’s been over a week and I haven’t gotten a response back. Promised one thing and I got screwed.

I had autopay set up and was told I would receive 10 dollars off my bill. They still charged me the full amount. Untrustworthy

Very poor customer service over the phone & they do charge for something you don’t even use. It use to be way better before then now completely not satisfied with the last phone call I made to T-mobile & totally unsatisfied with their service.

Ever since they try to trick you for some free giveaways, and you have to agree to submitting your location and all sorts of other crap… When you select no, you can’t even login, it just keeps saying authenticating probably a way to trick you into agreeing to the terms so they can track your phone all over the place

Other than paying my phone bill the newest update seems to have broken everything else. Not that is was working very well to begin with. Despite being a large company they seem to not care about their apps functionality.

The app is super terrible. It almost always closes down or times out when you’re trying to do something other than view your bill. The website is just as bad if you want anything predominant done you have to go into a location. You should be able to use the chat box at the top to get things taken care of but anytime I’ve used it. It’s taken over an hour and nothing actually gets done. Just a lot of “now that you have me we can get this taken care of” messages and a bunch of useless account information you already know but never a solution to whatever it is you need help with. I updated my payment method with the app and for whatever reason the payment was denied when they tried to run it for the next month and they didn’t reach out at all about it even though it’s NEVER been late and then unenrolled me in the autopay program. So now my bill is late TWICE! and they charged me past due charges.

Why are there two identical apps, T-Mobile and T-Life?

Latest version now won’t complete my login unless I agree to new Tuesday T-Mobile promo. It has a completely separate privacy agreement. If I don’t agree to participate in the program (that has absolutely nothing to do with my actual account), then I can’t log into the app. Time to delete the app. Whoever set all this up is either dumb as heck or clueless/cares not how they’re breaking the law. Not that the app has ever been much use, but now, well, time to delete.

The app is horrible

T-Mobile sure was on top of helping me switch, but now that I am a customer they have nothing for me. I have to add a line to get any upgrade perks, I have to send in a phone to get a new phone. No thanks. I’ll go back to Verizon where I was appreciated.
