Pretty useless if it doesn’t connect.

Can’t log in! As others have also said

Unable to connect the device to my phone using the app. I have followed the help guide step by step and it doesn’t work. Massive fail, don’t bother with this app.

Followed all of the instructions and reset the devise 4 times with a new hikmicro panther and it will not log on to the device

Would be a great app if it would allow me to log on

Keeps logging me out and then when I try to log back in it says the password is wrong even though it worked only minutes earlier.

Guys the whole reason to wifi this is to display on a bigger screen. The app doesn’t allow full screen or screen rotation. Leaving a tiny screen on devices used for viewing. Can you fix it immediately???!!!

Not the easiest to connect to but once you figure it out it works great!

Worked first time. Now it says connection failed. Tried resetting, restarting thermal, reloading app and still nothing. Others are having the same issue. No fix. Last update was 2 yrs ago.

So when all is right in the world this is a great app, simple, and just what the doctor ordered. My only problem is my forgetful grandfather changed the default password. I can not find how to reset the default password. Any help would be great
