Not the easiest to connect to but once you figure it out it works great!

Worked first time. Now it says connection failed. Tried resetting, restarting thermal, reloading app and still nothing. Others are having the same issue. No fix. Last update was 2 yrs ago.

So when all is right in the world this is a great app, simple, and just what the doctor ordered. My only problem is my forgetful grandfather changed the default password. I can not find how to reset the default password. Any help would be great

Won’t connect to monocular. I put in s/n but it says “connection failed”

Yes , it works fine and I connected it to my iPad Air, use airplane mode and connect to Wi-Fi and serial # is password

Never gets updated. Always has issues connecting. $1000 scope $1 app.

Haven’t been able to even get through the connection step as apparently the password they tell you is the password isn’t the password?

How hard would it be to link your phones audio when you hit record through the app? It seems like it would be a pretty easy update that would make the app much better

Great app abut needs to be able to turn with IPad so you can view in Landscape

Downloaded on 2 different devices. Would not connect on either device. Very disappointed.
