TADA Driver

Notification of job receive has no sound.

1) Not allowed passenger to give tips pay by card. 2) me and my friend also tada driver has more jobs shown in his phone at the same time. 3) 5 mins waiting time but 3 mins should charge passenger

When u click accept on a job but it disappear immediately and give you other job. And you get penalised if u couldn’t take that job. App had never improved since day one…

Fix this bug been there for all the while: Rider booked a ride after driver accepts , cancel the ride upon reached. Fare goes down again after rider rebook and another driver accepts . This been going on low balling fares on tada platform after covid times

Ask driver to upload new photo but 4 days still on review this is stupid 👎

Tada CS team seems to be more interested in serving the passenger’s interests than looking after the best interests of its driver-partners. Didn’t bothered to even check the facts and make rulings against their drivers who followed Tada rules.

Hi,im new to driving for Tada and there is an issue with the app. A couple of times the app freezes and i cant swipe to drop off.I need to exit the app and switch on again before it goes to payment collection page. Also may i suggest to input a ride cancellation button as well?For trips that already started but pax wants to cancel. I had to swipe drop off as there was no ride cancellation option after i pick up/start ride which i incurred the deduction for a platform fee even when no payment was made. The Tada support team takes awhile to get back to drivers for any issues which is too late by then. So i guess for now i shall stop driving for Tada till these few issues are settled.

It happens several times before. I am now trying to delete the app and reinstall. Hopefully it works. I’m using an IOS.

drivers take note. recently i encountered a low class rider. i accepted a job and the rider texted that he only had and can only pay $10 instead of full fare. i cancelled the job and tada deducted $1.09 from my account. i sent a report to tada about the situation. tada rejected my appeal. i take it as tada is supportive of riders short changing and exploiting drivers. driving with tada? think again.

Sometimes lag where there’s a ping but job card doesn’t come out. And also can’t use Apple Maps. Google maps unreliable. Usually they just bring you to the main rd and says destination is on the right or left. You own self have to figure out how to go in. Some rd requires you to go 1big round in order for you to find the entrance. It’s really frustrating and a waste of time
