Sometimes lag where there’s a ping but job card doesn’t come out. And also can’t use Apple Maps. Google maps unreliable. Usually they just bring you to the main rd and says destination is on the right or left. You own self have to figure out how to go in. Some rd requires you to go 1big round in order for you to find the entrance. It’s really frustrating and a waste of time

Consistent problem with app and not addressed - sound with no job card - job card flashed but no sound. - onerous job completion processes.

Your gps keep missing on IOS phone.

The map is always bad and it causes customer to constantly cancel on drivers when we are just round the corner. 2. If when app stats that waiting time is 4 mins, when the time exceeds, it's not reflected on the fare at the end of the ride. Customer service will come up all sort of lame excuses to not give the late fees to drivers. 3. App has been contacted multiple times on such issues but they just brush it aside. Customer service is not 24 hours and difficult to contact. 4. I've seen fares amounting to S$5.50/- app thinks that cars use water instead of petrol.

Your tada book app system has a bunch of problems and given me a job offer is very fast always and the price has gone down very low,please look to it,please try to do something of that, thanks

Have turned the app off to stop receiving jobs only to find itself turned on on its own in the background. Can dev please look into this because it kind of disrupt my rest.

Always faccing no notifications sound when jobs come in and also got notifications sound but jobs detail never appear on the screen,realize that also update on apps is also not frequently available

It’s a sham despite the fact that tada is block chain company it’s map is outdated and sound disappear.

Once updated, the app sound is not available & call more than 4 KM also shown.

Can u get a good system and not always down app or error !!! Thank you
