Literally ,the worst costumer service ,two days back to back,I have problems with my order and they don’t help at all ,this is ridiculous!

0 respect for the clients money!
I order from the app every single day.. the deliveries are coming after 1 hour.. most of the delivery guys are extremely rude and bored to work.. also I sent many times on the “support” that they have because my order was completely wrong (not only once) and they didn’t even reply to me! The delivery cost is 5leva which is extremely expensive and it’s not worth it at all (because they are really rude).. 0 respect for clients money honestly! (Plus they don’t allow anymore to rate the delivery and the restaurant)

À chaque fois que je commande dessus je dois attendre minimum 1h ma commande alors que sur d’autres applications cela prend maximum 30min. Certes le choix est varié mais à quoi cela sert si c’est pour attendre une commande 2h
Je quitte l’application
L’application a mis plus d’une heure pour trouver un livreur. Je ne vous la conseille pas si vous comptez manger votre nourriture avec 2h de retard Très déçu
Très content de cet application
Moins cher qu'uber eats et deliveroo avec un meilleur service de livraison Point positifs: Les livreurs ne prennent pas plusieurs commande à la fois donc les repas arrivent chaud et à l'heure
Code promo jamais arrivés
Je viens d’installer l’appli et ils devaient soit disant envoyer un code promo pour la première commande qui n’est jamais arrivé. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS
A éviter
Impossible de faire les suivis de commande, le temps des commande est abominable
