Worst food delivery app ever in Belgium. Save yourself from stress as this app does not deliver the most basic services that are required from a specific food app. The customer service is not responsive. I have been sending them emails regarding a complaint of my order being tagged as "DELIVERED" in the system and the order has not been delivered at all. I went to the restaurant the next morning and said that they did not even receive my order which was a bit odd. So I have reached out to them through customer service in email but voila after 3 emails follows up, they never even looked into it and sent me a response/feedback. REALLY THE WORST, I could not even describe. I wouldn't even have started giving them at least 1 star. The phone number did not even work when I tried ringing. This is really frustrating so please save yourself from making the same mistake as I did. I could not even imagine that they are listed on a stock exchange. Like whatt?

100% do not purchase anything from this app. Paid 30€ for a delivery, called the restaurant after waiting for 1hr, havent even recieved the order. Got a message saying the order got cancelled, so I send in a complaint to the Takeaway custommer service, and they tell me they cant refund me.... Horrible custommer service, will never order from again, and highly recommend that you dont do that mistake too. Just awfull, a true scam coming from money greedy people.

À chaque fois que je commande dessus je dois attendre minimum 1h ma commande alors que sur d’autres applications cela prend maximum 30min. Certes le choix est varié mais à quoi cela sert si c’est pour attendre une commande 2h

L’application a mis plus d’une heure pour trouver un livreur. Je ne vous la conseille pas si vous comptez manger votre nourriture avec 2h de retard Très déçu

Moins cher qu'uber eats et deliveroo avec un meilleur service de livraison Point positifs: Les livreurs ne prennent pas plusieurs commande à la fois donc les repas arrivent chaud et à l'heure

Je viens d’installer l’appli et ils devaient soit disant envoyer un code promo pour la première commande qui n’est jamais arrivé. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS

Impossible de faire les suivis de commande, le temps des commande est abominable

Le compte est tout le temps déconnecté. Impossible de faire le suivi d’une commande sans devoir se reconnecter. Je ne reçois même plus les notifications correctement. A fuir.

Worst customer service I've seen in my life (who still has a customer service by email in 2022?) and moreover does not refund customers who have not been delivered, to flee absolutely.

J’aimerai savoir lorsque le restaurant est Halal dans mon cas ou Kasher pour mes amis juif par exemple cela serai apprécié et d’une grande utilité
